Our group hypnobirthing course can also provide expectant parents with a supportive community of others who are going through a similar experience.

By attending these courses together, couples have the opportunity to bond over their shared excitement, fears, and hopes about the arrival of their new baby.

Where? Face to face teaching in Winkfield Windsor, Berkshire

When? One day course 9.30am - 5pm (One per month)

Or - Every Thursday 6.30pm - 9pm (Across the month)
